Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refund Policies:

Gathering Box & Hosting Platter:

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Simply send us an email, call, or text, and we will process a full refund.

Entertaining Table & Charcuterie Class:

We kindly request cancellations be requested no later than 3 days before the scheduled event. Please reach out via email, call or text, and we will issue a full refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full or partial refunds for cancellations made after these deadlines.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your event or order, please contact us by email, call, or text at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date. If a specific date for the rescheduled order is not set, we will apply your payment as credit toward that future date.

Please note that if you decide to cancel the order entirely, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
